By commissioning me you agree to the following terms and conditions:Artwork Usage: Commissions are for personal use by default, Commissioner can use art on social media. Artwork for commercial use will incur an additional fee, so please inform me beforehand if the commission is intended for commercial purposes.Commission Requests: To request a commission, you must contact me on Twitter. Provide detailed descriptions of the commission, including poses, number of characters, background details, and any reference sheets for characters if available. If you don't have references, describe your requirements as thoroughly as possible.Payment and Prepayment: Prepayment is required after confirming the initial color sketch. Payments are accepted through PayPal; however, do not specify anything related to NSFW (Not Safe For Work) in the payment description, as PayPal prohibits such content and may take actions against both parties involved.Deadline and Delivery: I can extend the standard deadline if you rarely respond or I have personal reasons. Please consider this when placing your order. If you require artwork by a specific date, inform me in advance, and I will prioritize your request to ensure timely delivery.Digital Files Only: The commission purchase includes digital files only, not physical prints. You are not authorized to make changes to the artwork or have it edited by a third party without my consent. This restriction applies to both the final illustration and any sketches.Refunds and Payment Plans: I do not accept refunds once work has begun on the commission.
